boundaries saying yes.jpg

The other day, I posted about saying no, today's about saying yes โ˜บ๏ธ

If you haven't read it, you can read it in my previous post โญ๏ธ

So boundary is a choice you make about what you feel ok and not ok with.

And how do you know when a yes is a true yes?

You see people go, 'just go for it', sometimes its a real no. Sometimes not doing is true. And sometimes going for it is the true choice.

You might be scared of saying yes, to be in the unknown. You might not want to commit fearing it might take your freedom away from you. You might not trust that things are going to work out. Or you might feel like if you want something you won't get it. So simply not wanting it will keep you safe and ok.

The truth is you can have everything you desire. If you don't have it by now, doesn't mean you'll never have it. Own what you want, ask for it. It puts you in a vulnerable place, because you're asking for what you desire. You're risking yourself to get hurt.

But you're also opening your heart to receive what you truly want. You can't receive if you're not open. And even if you don't get it, accept it didn't happen, let go of any meaning you make about yourself and go for it again without scaling down what you want โœจ

Follow these steps to find out what a real yes feels in your body:

- Close your eyes, take in a deep breath in.

- Repeat in your mind, 'My name is ...(your name).'

- Repeat in your mind, 'Yes'

- Notice how that feels in your body. Where do you feel the yes in your body?

When you do this you'll get a yes as a feeling, visual, hearing or just a knowingness. Know that that's how your yes feels like. Next time you say yes you'll know if its true or not.

When do you struggle to say yes? When do you absolutely know when something is a hell yes for you?

Would love to hear โœจ

Loads of love to you ๐Ÿ’›

believe in yourself.jpg

There's no one like you out there. No one has your energy or the gifts you have to offer.

You might feel like you don't have much to offer, much to say. Or you might believe you're not that unique, what you want to do is done before and you're not where you want to be anyway so what's the point..

When you're in that space and someone goes, 'Believe in yourself!' It might feel a bit flat and irritating, I do at least ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

What does it even mean, believing in yourself?

It means you know who you are and you know your gifts and the power they have. You know its true for you to be that, offer that, because that's what you love and you doing what you love is what the world needs.

There's this beautiful quote by Howard Thurman, "Don't ask yourself what the world needs. Ask yourself what makes you come alive and then go do that. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive."

I love this quote. When people ask for your help, you might feel like you're not capable to help them or you don't feel confident or experienced enough. That's not true, if someone's showing up and asking your help, its because they need your help, your energy. If they didn't resonate with you, they wouldn't have come up to you.

Allow yourself to receive the transformation you can create in their lives.. Make serving them more important than what you think about yourself and see what happens โ˜บ๏ธ๐Ÿ’›

When you step up, grow and stretch yourself your self esteem might feel like its getting lower, because your Ego gets scared. So it throws at you everything it can as a strategy to keep you small. Once you notice the strategy and the reason behind it, it doesn't have power or control over you. For example it might tell you to show this facade first before showing the real you, before opening up and being vulnerable.

As you drop your mask, people around you will drop theirs too. The more you see people pretending, its because you're pretending too. Its just a mirror of the vibration you're in. You don't have to show off or overdo you either. Just be the real you.

Last Saturday I guided a movement session and a cacao ceremony for 20 people and 15 of them haven't meditated before in their lives. And there I was wearing my feathers, this goddessy dress walking around barefoot with my palo santo (similar to incense stick). I felt quite proud actually to be in that space and be myself. In the end of the day, they're just people who are not better or worse than you are.

And if you have any doubt about not knowing who you are just think of an acorn. An acorn grows into an oak tree, it doesn't try to be an oak tree, it doesn't have to figure out how to be an oak tree. It just becomes an oak tree. It surrenders and allows that growth and transformation to happen to be its fullest and embodied self. Stop trying and allow.

Here are 2 things you can do to start believing in yourself:

- Print out every beautiful thing people said about you.. A client's testimonial, a 'oh my god that session was incredible, thank you!' message. Your friend's or lover's encouraging message to you. Put them somewhere in your room where you can see them every day.

(Know that you don't have to get attached to these praises, they're just reflecting your true nature to you, they're not giving you anything extra)

- Imagine you're at your 80th birthday. People are coming up to you and thanking you for being this beautiful person. What are they thanking you for? Write them down.

So be like an acorn ๐Ÿ˜ƒ and wear feathers, always ๐Ÿ˜‰โœจ

Who would be if you didn't care what others think of you? And what would you do? Comment below โ˜บ๏ธ๐Ÿ’ž

Loads of love to you! ๐Ÿ’–

I haven't always been the woman I am today, was very masculine and up in my head all the time.. It was exhausting, stressful and had no idea what I wanted to do, what my body wanted to do.

Then through ecstatic dancing, healing, breathwork, bodywork, tantra, several trainings, events and integrating the lessons I learnt, I started to get in touch with my sensuality. Started to flow with my feminine nature and still get so much done ๐Ÿ˜ƒ I'm still amazed at how you don't have to ditch your feminine energy to get stuff done, as you flow your productivity increases..
Now, am I sensual, sexy, embracing my raw sensuality 24/7? Of course not. I still have days where I go to default mode, I'm still human. But I'm aware and can quickly get out that and come back to flow and connect with my sensuality.
It can be easy and doesn't have to be a struggle..
My gorgeous friend Yana and I decided to collaborate and offer a 1 day immersion into embracing your divinity and connecting with your feminine nature.
What excites me most is we're not offering a wishy washy, 'feel good' kinda experience. You'll get powerful insights and loads to take away with you ๐Ÿ’œ I like offering things that I wish was offered to me in a condensed pack, so here it is ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

Much love to you beautiful

There's a thing where women feel all over the place just before they have their period. I'm sure women, you felt this or men, you dreaded being around your woman feeling 'oh god here it goes again' ๐Ÿ˜‰

Everything seem to work great when period is not around, you feel energised, sexy, radiant and getting so much done. Then slowly PMS vibes start to kick in. You don't have as much energy, not motivated, not feeling overly social and just a bit off, sometimes annoyed at yourself for not keeping your momentum, also triggers are everywhere.. Who can relate to this? ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ
First of all, women are not built like men, you don't function linearly super pumped every day. You function in cycles, you have your ups and downs. And when you really honour the downs, ups become even more powerful and stronger.
PMS is actually a magical time where, women, have a natural built in system telling you things you need to work on. Brings up stuff for you so there is an opportunity to learn and grow more. But sometimes you tend to not listen to your body, numb it with painkillers or feel sorry for yourself for few days..
I was at that place for many years thinking its normal to have pain during period. It's actually not, those pains are things coming up for you so you start clearing them. When I started listening to those messages and did healing on things that were coming up, pain went away as soon as I realised the lesson of it.
And now even when I'm thinking of doing something that I shouldn't, my womb literally kicks in a pain saying no to that โœŒ๐Ÿผ
So here are few steps you can do to clear:
- Feel into the pain, allow yourself to feel the pain first, its there for a reason.
- Ask the pain what emotions, feelings and even people its bringing up.
- Imagine taking out that emotion, person and talking to them, tell everything you want. Acknowledging the feeling is most of the healing.
- Ask what do I need to learn about this experience and allow the answer to come up.
(You can talk in your mind or journaling is even more powerful)
So what are the things that come up for you during or before your period? You can PM me if you don't wanna share publicly โœจ
Loads of love!

allowing yourself to feel.jpg

I'm seeing more and more how important it is to feel the emotions. Any emotion, not just the happy and more uplifting ones..

At first it might feel like dying, super scary and dangerous. But that's just a protective layer of illusion to keep you away from them.

For a long time I decided to live in my head and always plan stuff until a year ago really. The life coach I had back then always used to ask me 'How do you feel?' I'd even start that sentence with 'I think I feel..' ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

I do breathwork once in a while. How it works is you breathe in from the mouth out from the mouth and everything you've been suppressing in your body starts coming up. Usually my hands and mouth go a bit weird:) Then you shout, kick your legs and arms to release. It's really painful, like physically painful for me in the chest and in my hands. Each time I do it, I see how much pain I cause myself by not expressing how I feel in the moment. There's another one im going to on Monday, let's see how that one goes๐Ÿ˜‰

In the Goddess Circles I give, there's a part where we drop into our bodies, allowing any feelings to come up. It's so beautiful to watch this. It's like watching bravery and freedom. Honestly, I learn a lot from those brave warriors.

I sometimes get days where I'm like 'I'm constantly working on myself and even the same topics keep coming up. This is never ending.' It is never ending;) But each time you go in, feel and release you become freer, lighter and move forward easier.. You feel more fulfilled and comfortable in who you are โœจ

It's not a weakness to cry or look like you haven't got it all together. The opposite, its raw and beautiful. It shows that you're a human. That you're actually trying, feeling, opening up your heart, falling, getting up and trying again. So worth the risk ๐Ÿ˜‰

โœจ PRESENCE โœจ

Something magical happens when you're free from your mind chatter and completely present with the person you are with..

Last weekend I went to complete another module with Animas Coaching, which was about presence.

We had an exercise where we were with a person while they talked for straight 10 mins. No questions, reactions, nothing. Just listening and allowing that person to be, say anything they want.

The person I was observing threw out everything she had in her mind, vulnerably telling her thoughts, feelings, fears, beliefs and hopes.

It got to a point where she tired herself out of her ego and saw the answer herself. Literally guided herself to her answer..

I saw this happening when I was doing 12 weeks 'Artist's Way' program, Julia Cameron's book where you have to write 3 pages every day. For me, in the beginning, the first 2 pages were pure mind. Totally unrelated sentences stacking next to each other, almost a vomit of the mind. Last page would be the truth, what I'd love to do, my gifts, dreams etc. Thank God i don't have to write 3 pages of that to get to the truth now ๐Ÿ˜‚

It was amazing to see that happening right then and there, shifting in 10 mins..

It's about witnessing your own pain. It can be painful to do but once the thoughts, beliefs, emotions are seen by you, once they're witnessed and named what they are, they loose their power.. The pain is gone. Not looking at them straight in the face creates even more pain than the pain itself.

It's about seeing them and not getting carried away. They are just concepts, not the truth.

The truth is..

No matter what our past is,

No matter how scared we are or

No matter how we want to control the outcome..

We can be anything we want to be in any given moment..

That is the ultimate freedom ๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ’›

Thank you Marcus, Laure, Erika and beautiful attendees for a wonderful weekend full of authenticity ๐Ÿ’œโœจ

Today I went to a cacao ceremony Rebekah Shaman did. I got 3 main things..

Usually I rush to future and always look for my next steps. This time when I asked for my next steps, it was all about acknowledging how far I came. Really took time to see how I transformed my life completely in less than 6 months..
Literally 6 months ago, I accepted that architecture was not my thing. I love children, so I started working part-time in a primary school and as a nanny, also giving coaching sessions at the side. 5 months later, both jobs came to a completion. Now I have all the time and energy to focus on my individual coaching sessions, workshops for children and parents and women's circles that I will start soon..
I acknowledged how much I matured, owned myself and took responsibility for creating my reality especially when I sabogated myself..

My mum and dad went back to Turkey today. It was a magical week on so many levels..

They came to my workshop and even acknowledged my shamanic powers, I did healing/clearing blockages on them which they received so openly. I thought I can never be that with them. Being yourself as you are, with your parents, is freedom.. Also seeing parents as they are, not just 'parents' comes down to forgiveness and unconditional love. They do so much for us, all we can do is love them back with all our heart really..

Another thing was in the last week I was surprised to see how I was scared of money, thinking its dangerous, afraid to loose it if I have it and even assuming I'll be abandoned if I have it..

So I set the intention to clear my blockages around money. I love transforming people's lives, I do for the love of it. I basically saw that when I share my gifts, I give out so much love. And people giving me money for that is basically a form of love. I saw that money is love, its about learning to receive love.

Last thing I got was spending time in nature. Like for real.. every day. And writing every morning. I saw that I really need that silent time to integrate things, learn the lesson and move on.. I'm super quick generally in integrating but saw that doing this will take me on a whole new level.

It's the little things you do every day that makes a difference..

Oh and I'll be sharing more of what I learn, what I go through.. Openly and vulnerably ๐Ÿ˜‰ ๐Ÿ’›

Thanks for reading, much love to you all ๐Ÿ˜ โค๏ธ โœจ
