It’s an honour and joy to hold these journeys, to have people trust us. I know how hard it can be to allow, feel, let go and to surrender, so I will never take this powerful space and those who show up for granted 🙏🏼 I appreciate and respect every single one of you, every single time.

I kept crying this morning from gratitude ...

… receiving this feedback from one of the participants from the breathwork journey.

.

I feel grateful for keep going no matter what happens in my life. Aaron and I started doing them together in July 2017 with 6 people and kept doing them ever since even though we broke up. Now we have groups of 20-25 people. Consistency really is everything.

.

I feel grateful for keep pushing through the fear of speaking infront of people, fear of fucking up, fear of being judged. From the outside, I look all good and confident but inside sometimes, it’s a whole different story.
.
I feel grateful to finally have come to a place where I feel I can be myself and have fun. Then it becomes effortless. These workshops are never about me. It’s about the journey people go onto individually, that’s why they’re very empowering. You do your own healing and find your own answers.
.
I feel grateful to have people who keep showing up, never done breathwork before and they grew into loving it no matter how painful it can get. And I feel grateful to be able to see how much people change even in two journeys sometimes.
.
That’s me today. Happy new moon!
.
Enjoy this beautiful sun today 💛
.
Love you 🌹

Yesterday evening, we did our last breathwork journey of the year with 23 people ❤️

Feeling your pain, going through it and releasing it is definitely not the easy option but it's the most rewarding and fulfilling path that brings you alive.

.

If you’re in a dark place recently and feel like it’s never ending, I’m telling you: it will end. Sadness, loss, grief, resentment, guilt, regret etc are emotions we all feel as humans which have a gift in them. The gift of sadness is increasing your capacity to love and to have compassion. The gift of anger is showing you your power, your boundaries and what you’re passionate about. The gift of regret is learning the lesson and forgiving yourself 😍
.
For me, breathwork is a tool to bring up stuff to the surface quicker to be released and integrated. I used to live in my head a lot, still do when I’m stressed, anxious etc, if you’re like that, it’s a great way to release stuff without trying to figure out what you’re releasing. Having said all that, it could be a space where you allow yourself to feel joy, bliss and ecstasy ✨
.
I love this saying by Kahlil Gibran,
“The deeper the sorrow carves into your being the more joy you can contain.”
.
Thank you Natalie Ford and Aaron Le Conte for supporting everyone last night. Your love, presence and energy is so appreciated 😍
.
The next one will be on the 31st of January continuing with once a month group breathwork journeys 🤗
.
Love you all 🙏🏼

💛 COMING BACK TO THE HEART 💛

green-woman-breathing-open-arms.jpg

Getting out of the head and coming back to heart is basically shifting from masculine energy to feminine energy. Masculine energy is super useful at times but its not great at being, feeling and receiving. So these are ways you can use to come back to your feminine energy which is all about connecting, feeling, being 💚

Female Breathing

Breathe deeply to your genitals and imagine the breath is going upwards to your heart and as you exhale from mouth loudly (aaaahhh) imagine the breath going out from your heart. You can use your hands alongside of your body as you move the breath. Do this few times in a cycle and you’ll feel like you want to move your body.

Dance

Move your body in a way you haven’t moved it before. Don’t think, feel. If you have an impulse to move a certain way, do it. There’s a 5 second rule, if you have the urge to do something, if you don’t do it, your mind will kick in and tell you stuff. The point is to keep moving before mind kicks in. And if it does, bring your awareness back to your body and keep moving. Explore, allow your moves to be weird or funny.

Write

Sit down and write all your thoughts and how you feel. Uncensoring, as it is. Write until you feel like you are complete. This gets you out of your head, once you’ve written it, you see that it was all in your head, now its on the page. Nothing left for mind to work on.

Nature

Nature is medicine. Go into a forest or if you don’t have time, just go to your back garden or a park nearby. Take off your shoes, walk barefoot and feel how the soles of your feet feeling like. Feel the connection with nature. As you stand there, imagine red light from the core of the Earth shooting up to your legs all the way up to your heart. Then imagine white light coming down from sky to the top of your head to your heart. Red from Mother Nature and white from Father Sky makes pink in your heart, unconditional love. Imagine your whole body is being washed by this pink pure light. Do it for 2-3 mins at least.

Cook

Cook with intention. When you’re cooking imagine you’re giving love to the food you’re making, or imagine you’re cooking for a loved one. This will change the taste of the food and get you out of your head when cooking. Rather than doing it mechanically, you’ll do it with love.

Sing

You don’t have to be good at it. Close your eyes and just make noises. aaaaa, iiiii, uuuuu. Hearing your own voice will make you stop thinking and become present.

Try them out and see how you find them:) Feel free to let me know any other ways you found useful.

Much love to you! 🌺
