It’s an honour and joy to hold these journeys, to have people trust us. I know how hard it can be to allow, feel, let go and to surrender, so I will never take this powerful space and those who show up for granted 🙏🏼 I appreciate and respect every single one of you, every single time.

I feel grateful for keep going no matter what happens in my life. Aaron and I started doing them together in July 2017 with 6 people and kept doing them ever since even though we broke up. Now we have groups of 20-25 people. Consistency really is everything. 

.

I feel grateful for keep pushing through the fear of speaking infront of people, fear of fucking up, fear of being judged. From the outside, I look all good and confident but inside sometimes, it’s a whole different story.
.
I feel grateful to finally have come to a place where I feel I can be myself and have fun. Then it becomes effortless. These workshops are never about me. It’s about the journey people go onto individually, that’s why they’re very empowering. You do your own healing and find your own answers.
.
I feel grateful to have people who keep showing up, never done breathwork before and they grew into loving it no matter how painful it can get. And I feel grateful to be able to see how much people change even in two journeys sometimes.

Yesterday evening, we did our last breathwork journey of the year with 23 people ❤️

Feeling your pain, going through it and releasing it is definitely not the easy option but it's the most rewarding and fulfilling path that brings you alive.

.

If you’re in a dark place recently and feel like it’s never ending, I’m telling you: it will end. Sadness, loss, grief, resentment, guilt, regret etc are emotions we all feel as humans which have a gift in them. The gift of sadness is increasing your capacity to love and to have compassion. The gift of anger is showing you your power, your boundaries and what you’re passionate about. The gift of regret is learning the lesson and forgiving yourself 😍
.
For me, breathwork is a tool to bring up stuff to the surface quicker to be released and integrated. I used to live in my head a lot, still do when I’m stressed, anxious etc, if you’re like that, it’s a great way to release stuff without trying to figure out what you’re releasing. Having said all that, it could be a space where you allow yourself to feel joy, bliss and ecstasy ✨
.
I love this saying by Kahlil Gibran,
“The deeper the sorrow carves into your being the more joy you can contain.”

✨ WHERE THE MAGIC HAPPENS ✨

Around this time of the year, when the days are getting darker and the weather is feeling colder, it’s natural that our internal darkness and heaviness comes up.

.

You might be feeling down, depressed or generally feeling a bit uninspired. Know that you’re not alone, I go through these emotions all the time and know other people do as well.
.
You might also be starting to spend time with family which is beautiful but it can also be triggering and bringing up your old memories, resentment and pain to the surface. As Ram Daas said, “If you think you’re enlightened, go spend a week with your family.” Yup 😃
.
Or you might want to give some time, space and love to yourself if you’re someone who usually takes care of others and takes care of themselves the last.
.
The first step to let go of something on a deeper level is to accept what happened, feel it fully and let it go. There are millions of ways to let go. In breathwork you let go through breath, sound and movement (aka tears, sweat and some shouting lol). They are all old emotions, old memories and old suffering. It’s not who you are anymore.
.
