biodynamic breathwork

Love is the most powerful force on the planet ❤️

It can heal everything, even the deepest and the darkest wound.

.

When you go into the depth of your darkness and accept it, welcome it and love it, you’re free of it. It doesn’t have power over you anymore. Then you appreciate the lightness and have a deeper sense of gratitude for life, feeling whole and integrated.

.

This is why I love holding breathwork journeys.
It’s a space where you can bring all of you and all of you is loved, light and the dark 🐺

Darrius first came to breathwork back in February not knowing what to expect. He got through a lot of unresolved emotions and traumas in short amount of time leaving him feeling lighter and grateful for breathing and living 🙏🏼

He lost weight both times he attended. Sometimes weight can be a protective way of holding onto the past and unprocessed emotions. Here’s a video of him below describing his experience 👇🏼

https://www.isiktlabar.com/-breathwork

It’s a safe and loving space where you can shout, cry, laugh, move or whatever, all is welcome. Everything is accepted and you can be yourself.

.

The last time was the first time we had more MEN than women. I’m so grateful for this because I know how men sometimes feel they’re not allowed to cry. This is a place you can do that with full permission, you won’t be judged or shamed for it, only loved.

.

The next journey is on the 18th April, Thursday at 6:30pm at Centre 151, Haggerston.

It’s an honour and joy to hold these journeys, to have people trust us. I know how hard it can be to allow, feel, let go and to surrender, so I will never take this powerful space and those who show up for granted 🙏🏼 I appreciate and respect every single one of you, every single time.

.

Thank you Aaron for holding the space with me yesterday and always, since we started in 2017 💙

✨CREATING A SACRED SPACE ✨

creating a sacred space.jpg

Yesterday night we did the first breathwork of the year, yey!! 🔥

.

I love creating sacred spaces where people feel welcomed and loved so they feel safe to let go and surrender.
.
Every time before we start, assistants and I hold hands, close our eyes and we connect to the energy of the group and the experience. We hold that vision for them before they arrive. It’s about setting an intention before you create something and being there with your full presence throughout.
.
I hug people when they arrive (if they want to obviously). This started by me feeling if I’m going to go to a breathwork event and I’m going to be vulnerable and cry my eyes out etc, I’d like to see the person creating the event and have connected with them as a human first before seeing them as a facilitator. Also people are giving their time and presence to be there, I truly honour that. Your time and presence are the best gifts you can give to someone.
.
Aaron meditates on stage giving out unconditional love to the space as some chilled music plays. Then we start by holding our hands, grounding and arriving at the room. We end in a similar way of closing, creating a love shower in the end for the ones who want to receive some more love in the end. And lots of hugs of course 😍
.
Aaron and I always go to Pizza Express afterwards (with 28 mats lol, it’s getting ridiculous now) and last night we were talking about how these events, really came from us having created a sacred space in our relationship when we were together from rituals to processes we held each other through. I’m very grateful we were able to create a sacred space in these breathwork events combined with emotional release and energy work.
.
I’m sharing this because I care very deeply about creating and honouring sacred spaces, how magic an experience can be when you’re present 💛
.
Thank you to the 25 people who showed up and allowed themselves to feel, release and reconnect. You warriors, I love you all 🔥
.
Thank you Aaron, Natalie and Abbey for assisting with your love, energy and presence. I trust and love you so much ❤️

Yesterday evening, we did our last breathwork journey of the year with 23 people ❤️

dec breathwork.jpg

Feeling your pain, going through it and releasing it is definitely not the easy option but it's the most rewarding and fulfilling path that brings you alive.

.

If you’re in a dark place recently and feel like it’s never ending, I’m telling you: it will end. Sadness, loss, grief, resentment, guilt, regret etc are emotions we all feel as humans which have a gift in them. The gift of sadness is increasing your capacity to love and to have compassion. The gift of anger is showing you your power, your boundaries and what you’re passionate about. The gift of regret is learning the lesson and forgiving yourself 😍
.
For me, breathwork is a tool to bring up stuff to the surface quicker to be released and integrated. I used to live in my head a lot, still do when I’m stressed, anxious etc, if you’re like that, it’s a great way to release stuff without trying to figure out what you’re releasing. Having said all that, it could be a space where you allow yourself to feel joy, bliss and ecstasy ✨
.
I love this saying by Kahlil Gibran,
“The deeper the sorrow carves into your being the more joy you can contain.”
.
Thank you Natalie Ford and Aaron Le Conte for supporting everyone last night. Your love, presence and energy is so appreciated 😍
.
The next one will be on the 31st of January continuing with once a month group breathwork journeys 🤗
.
Love you all 🙏🏼
.

✨ WHERE THE MAGIC HAPPENS ✨

where the magic happens.jpg

Around this time of the year, when the days are getting darker and the weather is feeling colder, it’s natural that our internal darkness and heaviness comes up.

.

You might be feeling down, depressed or generally feeling a bit uninspired. Know that you’re not alone, I go through these emotions all the time and know other people do as well.
.
You might also be starting to spend time with family which is beautiful but it can also be triggering and bringing up your old memories, resentment and pain to the surface. As Ram Daas said, “If you think you’re enlightened, go spend a week with your family.” Yup 😃
.
Or you might want to give some time, space and love to yourself if you’re someone who usually takes care of others and takes care of themselves the last.
.
The first step to let go of something on a deeper level is to accept what happened, feel it fully and let it go. There are millions of ways to let go. In breathwork you let go through breath, sound and movement (aka tears, sweat and some shouting lol). They are all old emotions, old memories and old suffering. It’s not who you are anymore.
.
If you want to experience this and let go of all the heaviness of the year come join us next Thursday the 6th at Centre 151 (East London) at 6:30pm for the last breathwork journey of the year ✨
.
We have limited space available so make sure to book your place in advance. Here’s the link to book:

If you can’t make it and would love to do some letting go and completion before the end of the year, I offer private breathwork sessions as well in this setting. I’m offering 20% off until the end of the year. Message me if you’re interested 🙏🏼
.
Sending you loads of love and a big warm hug 🤗💛

🔥 POWER OF BREATHWORK 🔥

power of breathwork 1.jpg
power of breathwork 2.jpg
power of breathwork 3.jpg

The day after my dad’s funeral, I flew back to London. Two days after that, on Thursday, I held a breathwork journey.

.

I could’ve cancelled it. But I had so many moments this year where I felt deep loss and grief and the evening of that day I had a workshop to hold, a session or something. And I showed up. So I had so many moments I’ve done this already and I know I can do it again.
.
People think they have to feel great to do something. They don’t. You just have to show up as you, not this amazing leader, “got it all together” robot. I gave the most transformational workshops or sessions when I wasn’t feeling at my best. I was choosing serving over my own pain which helped my pain anyway. Because I was creating. When you create or serve, you’re naturally in a higher vibration.
.
No matter how powerful, transformational a workshop goes, even when the participants express that, there’s a part of me feels that it’s never enough. I’m learning to be gentle with that part of me. Rather than being hard on myself, I’m learning to use it as a drive to improve my offerings. That voice is truly a gift to me today, otherwise I wouldn’t have grown this much to this day.
.
I feel so much better today thanks to that breathwork. Elizabeth Gilbert shared about constant creative response in her talk in London few months ago. Nature is in constant creation, when a disaster happens it doesn’t stop rivers from flowing or trees from giving fruits. It adapts and continues it’s life.
.
We’re the same. Whatever happens in your life, you can adapt and adjust. And your best today might not be your best yesterday. It’s about doing your best in where you are right now.
.
I couldn’t have done this breathwork without this incredible team: Aaron, Octavia & Daisie, who are willing to go deep and experience all of life so they can serve back to people ❤️
.
If you swipe, you can see one of the participants share. There was an overall theme of sadness, loss, grief at the breathwork journey. When we know the space is safe our bodies naturally unwind and process any unprocessed emotions from the past. Only way out is through. We’re just creating a safe and loving space for you to do that 🙏🏼
.
The next one’s on the 25th October. If you book before Tuesday with the code DISCOUNT you get £5 off ✨

Yesterday night 17 courageous men and women journeyed together through breathwork 🔥

yesterday1.jpg
yesterday2.jpg

It’s an honour to create a space where people:

✨ feel safe to feel and release all emotions

✨ come back to self-compassion
✨ feel they can be anyone and do anything without shame or judgement
✨ release trauma they had since they were a small child
✨ go deeper than they normally do
✨ see the truth of how loved they are
.
One of the participants shared,
.
‘The breath is the thread of our spirit into this 3D world. Breathwork opens up the portal so that we may experience the magic of being alive.’
.
WORD! 😍🔥
.
Thank you Aaron and Octavia for holding space with me with your amazing presence, love, awareness and energy ❤️Teamwork is what makes these events so powerful 🔥
