Yesterday evening Amanda Dutson and I held our first shamanic yoga & breathwork journey together 💛🔥
It was an experience out of this world! This morning I kept smiling and laughing thinking about it. I’m still so excited about it 😍

The venue was beautiful, surrounded by windows. We were all women which wasn’t intentional, it just happened. There’s something very sacred when women come together as a ritual in a ceremony with themselves.

We are all so beautiful when we’re allowing ourselves to feel the full range of our emotions without judging them good or bad. How incredible it is that we get to feel all the shades of all emotions as humans? ❤️

I’d love it if I could capture the moment when women are sharing in the circle in the end. It’s so sacred, beautiful and powerful. It’s there then it goes with the participants into the world. It’s not for me to hold onto. They bring it out and share it with their energy, their words and action. That continues to spread out like a ripple effect. So in a way, it’s eternal. It’s like I want to hold onto this emotion but there’s so much more spreading out ✨

Thank you for all the women who showed up. Seeing you sitting in your power, embodied and free is such an honour. I love you all so very much 🙏🏼

Amanda, if I was a man, I’d marry you 😍 Your commitment, strength, love, awareness and heart is incredible. I love all of you so much and I’m grateful we get to do this together in the deep love, trust and fun we share ✨

Towards the end, I looked out the window and saw this BT Tower I used to see 3 years ago, when I worked in a school trying to figure out what I want to do with my life. It’s been such a deep journey since then. I felt deep gratitude for myself for not giving up, to keep going even though I didn’t know what I was doing and to keep showing up when some days were dark.

Here’s to you if you doubt yourself, scared of what others will think of you but you show up and serve anyway. I celebrate your courage, commitment and heart ❤️

If you’re feeling your life should have looked different by now, keep going. It’s easier to hide than to show up. But the magic is in the showing up 😉 Universe always rewards you when you choose to show up even if it feels uncomfortable ✨

I will start holding monthly women’s only breathwork journeys. There’s a different kind of beautiful sacredness, softness, heart centredness and intimacy to it 🙏🏼
