✨ SURRENDER TO LIFE ✨

I went dancing yesterday on Hampstead Heath with Outdoor Silent Disco & Cacao Ceremony with Ecstatic Dance London.

It looks like a group of people dancing in silence from the outside as we have headphones on and its silent disco 😄
.
In the beginning, the facilitator asked us before drinking cacao:
.💛 What do you want the most in life?
.
I got the word “surrender” and cried. It was - surrender to life.
.
Often when I answer intention setting questions I get specific because I know what I want.
.
It was a level deeper than that. It was knowing what I want but also letting that go to truly open myself up to what life has to offer.
.
That is surrender.
.
I danced with that.
.
Recently I have been feeling into where is my home as I’ll be moving soon.
.
I feel many places are my home.
.
You probably have heard of - home is where heart is. As cheesy as it sounds, it’s true.
.
For me, home is where the dancefloor is.
.

I saw that once again yesterday.
.
If I’m dancing with a group of people that is home for me. That can be anywhere in the world.
.
As I looked at the sky watching the sunset whilst dancing, I saw that I can be more than one place when I’m on the dancefloor. Everything connects and so many realities come together there. It’s magic ✨

I’ve been bit of a hermit recently. It was also nice to feel my social side coming out again 🤗
.
I’m blessed to see so many of my lovely friends over the next few days so I’m excited for that 🙏🏼
