Yesterday Faith Jones and I held our first workshop together - Love Your Essence ❤️😍

It was so beautiful and heart warming. At the end of the event, the energy of the room was full of love, connection, compassion and gratitude. We created a family in that room in 4 hours.

The best way to describe it is the feeling you get when you close your eyes, you place your hand on your heart, you smile and imagine everyone you love appreciating and sending you love until your threshold to receive expands a little bit. That’s how it felt.

I enjoyed myself so much, laughed a lot and learnt so much from the participants. Here are some:

❤️ We all have our Ego and thoughts about ourselves we feel we can’t tell anyone. But when we share, we see that we’re not alone.
❤️ We are so intuitive, we can connect and truly see people in seconds.
❤️ It’s so important to learn to receive without wanting to give back straight away.
❤️ We are our own worst enemies, we can definitely do with a bit more kindness and forgiveness towards ourselves.
❤️ Vulnerability connects us.
