I feel very grateful to be able to do posts like this where I share what workshops I’m giving.

This was once a dream. Even doing one workshop was a lot for my Ego. It was a constant dance between anxiety, courage. Apathy, joy. Anger, grace.
.
I remember the first women’s workshop I gave. There were 8 women which I was blown away by. I just wanted to hide and not do it. I was so scared. Then I chose to serve them, and I did that. I held more than 30 of them now I think.
.
There were times I didn’t want to continue holding breathwork journeys. Last year, I held one 4 days after my dad passed away. I felt into cancelling it, but it was true to do it. There were just so many moments last year I was tested with showing up and I’m very glad now that I did.
.
After doing them regularly for 2 years, now they fill themselves which I’m so grateful for every time.
.
It definitely didn’t happen overnight. Being focused and taking action towards where I wanted to go was what got me here. Even when my reality wasn’t like anything I wanted it to be. Step by step, it started to change, because I chose the reality I wanted ❤️
.
I share these and I will keep sharing them. Because it takes courage and will to do things your Ego is scared of doing. They’re often your dreams. And reading this might be a nudge for you to put yourself out there and go for it 😘
.
