🔺TO APPRECIATE SOMETHING YOU CREATE THE LACK OF IT🔻

Everything has duality. Everything has its poles and opposites. They're not different actually. Dark-light, happy-sad, they're the same, you can transmute them to each other, they're on the same class. The book 'Kybalion' explains this beautifully, it talks about hermetic philosophy.

Opposites will attract each other. I see this myself, when I'm on high vibe, a low thought comes in to keep me down, its just nature. This happens between me and Aaron. Our energy is super high, people around us are smiling at us and offering us love. Then one of us says something and the other one gets triggered, high vibe is gone. We did our record the other day and managed to get out of it in 10 mins 😃

So it will happen, the higher you go, the potential of going lower will be there. Same with the lower you go, the higher you can go. It's just a potential, an energy. To act on it or not, that's up to you.

To appreciate something, you create the lack of it. To appreciate light, there's dark. To appreciate happiness, there's sadness. You appreciate fire more when you're watching it in the dark. Because they're existing in their polarities and can be transformed to each other.

They're not bad or good, its just is. Like Ego. Ego is not a bad thing. It helps us to relate to people. I say this to my clients, your pain becomes your power. Because once you learn the lesson, you can help the people who have the same pain. You can relate and to them, you can feel them and guide them to learn the lesson of it just like you did, then it becomes your power, your gift.

Monks who live in the Himalayas, they don't relate, they're on such a high level that they don't love on a human level. Suffering and pain is there so that you can understand people, you can love people on their level. To go higher, you need to feel, understand and appreciate all levels.

Here are few things you can do to keep your high vibration:
- Notice what you're doing to lower that, any thoughts, actions coming up. Just name and watch them.
- Notice what triggered you to get to the high vibe in the beginning, do that more.
- Notice how you're feeling in your body, be present in your body and breathe into your belly. Imagine grounding the feeling into your belly.
