I had such a soul nourishing, playful, connected and heart opening afternoon from my friends from the 5rhythms community.

It’s been MONTHS I haven’t seen them. We danced, we played, we talked, we hugged, we laughed in the park. Thank you thank you thank you! I feel so high on love right now 🥰
