The love and appreciation I have for beautiful female friends I have around me continues today 😍

This is Gina Genie , my hilarious friend. We did a burlesque dance show together 2.5 years ago 😃

The idea came to us as a step in connecting with our sensuality. So we put our name down to perform infront of around 70 people 🙈 Comment below if you were there!

Leading up to it, we went for a burlesque dance class and had an amazing time. On the day, we were going in between being scared and excited. Nevertheless, we did it! We messed up the routine a bit but it didn’t matter, we had so much fun 😂

I honestly can’t tell how funny she is, how aware she also is. She’s real, open and honest and I love that about her. She doesn’t pretend.

This summer she’s running a women’s retreat THE GODDESS WITHIN in the Cotswolds, between 26-28 July 💃🏽

The word Goddess has a different conotation for everyone. In essence, Goddess is a woman who recognises their beauty, sees who they truly are and embodied in their body and power. It’s divinity and beauty in female form.

I love running or being part of retreats as you leave your normal daily routine. You don’t even have to worry about making food etc and you are held in a beautiful, loving space. Here, your body can really relax allowing you to go deeper and transform ✨
