Join us for an empowering evening of connecting with your body, and being seen in your full ALIVENESS!
About this event
Self-pleasure or enjoyment of our own bodies can be tied to feelings of shame, guilt, and embarrassment.
We may have been openly judged or even punished for touching ourselves at some point in life. These feelings and experiences can lead to self-pleasure being something that we do secretly, silently, and efficiently in a disembodied way, or not at all - instead “saving” our pleasure for others.
What if this could be different? What if self-pleasure could be a liberating and radical act of LOVE and a way to truly honour ourselves? What if it could be a gateway to celebrate our pure innocent curiosity, our raw primal nature, and our sexual expression in its wholeness?
This gathering is a chance to explore our relationship to our bodies and to pleasure, through which we can show up all of our passion, power, and authenticity in the world.
It’s a place to deeply tune into and express our unique and authentic sexuality without the need to please another. An opportunity to be witnessed and to witness others’ free expression in a supportive, held, and empowered space.
We will be leading you through The 3 Circles Ritual, which was created by Joseph Kramer, the founder of our Sexological Bodywork profession. It involves three circular physical spaces representing three different levels of participation. These are:
The Outer Circle - A place of WITNESSING
In this circle, you sit in stillness and silence observing what is unfolding, providing your full presence as you soak in the sights and sounds. This is not a place of spectating, rather a place of witnessing with love.
The Middle Circle - A place of AWAKENING
This is where your “nest” will be set up - your own personal space in which to “wake up” your erotic energy- through shaking, stretching, self-touch, breathwork, and sound.
The Inner Circle - A place of CELEBRATION
The centre of the ritual space is a place to dance, to be seen in your aliveness, fullness, ecstasy, glow, and playfulness.
Participants can freely move between these three spaces over the course of the ritual, and in doing, so can practice physically expressing their desires and boundaries. You remain in your own space and experience throughout, whilst being part of and contributing to the collective ritual.
What will happen on the night:
"This is a space for shaking and stretching, laughing and screaming, self-massage and self-pleasure. In our own personal spaces, we circulate within our bodies the holy fire of the erotic life force, inviting joyous movement, ecstasy, celebration, aliveness, glowing eroticism, emptiness and fullness, synergy, creativity, magic and mysticism." - Joseph Kramer (Creator of 3 Circles)
We will start the evening with a short session to walk you through what the ritual entails and clarify any boundaries for each space, as well as practical stuff. You will each have the chance to share your intentions with the group before settling into your “nest”. We will lead you gently into connection with your body as the ritual begins, guided by music. Afterwards, there will be time to integrate your experience before we gather again as a group to share.
The idea of this event is to have the experience, your experience, and to see what it brings up for you. It may be challenging, edgy, or confronting, or it may be the best night of your life! You will be fully in choice around the level of nudity and touch you wish to engage in, and there is no talking or direct touch with others during the ritual.
The venue:
We have found a truly stunning space in which to hold this event in Hackney Wick, London. We will provide the address to ticket holders before the event.
Your hosts:
Gemma is a pleasure coach, sex educator, and conscious kink practitioner on a mission to make pleasure a priority in our everyday lives.
She focuses on pleasure as something we all have access to regardless of our age, gender, sexuality, financial or relationship status, and experience. When we tap into pleasure, it is a route to us being able to show up with all of our passion, curiosity, and authenticity for ourselves, our relationships, work, and communities.
A big part of her work is around helping people to address the mismatch between what they believe they should enjoy or desire and how they actually feel in their bodies - reclaiming the meaning of pleasure for themselves.
Gemma creates permissive and playful environments for people to explore their edges, express the unexpressed, and bring more of their uniquely vibrant aliveness into the world.
In addition to her professtional training as a Certified Sexologocal Bodyworker and Emboded Facilitator, she draws upon rich lived experiences of finding the fire within people - from coaching martial arts to corporate leadership, as well as her studies in psychology and neuroscience, and personal experience in embodied practices, alternative relating dynamics, and conscious sexuality, BDSM, kink, and LGBTQ+ communities.

Isik is an empowerment coach, embodiment and breathwork facilitator.
She got into meditation by the age of 8 and into the personal development world by the age of 14.
She was born and raised in Istanbul, Turkey. After studying architecture in the UK, she decided to build her own business in activating leaders, coaches, facilitators and creatives into their mission and magnificence.
Her ultimate vision is to create a more beautiful world where humanity is thriving, everyone feeling empowered to live their truth and greatness. In her practice, she offers 1:1 coaching, 1:1 breathwork, online group programmes, workshops and retreats.
Her journey in conscious sexuality started six years ago, with going into healing sexual shame and trauma coming from having grown up in a Muslim country. Having gone through her own journey of sexual awakening and liberation, she recently qualified as a somatic sex educator and sexological bodyworker.
Having a curious, courageous, open and loving heart, she has been involved in psychology, creative development work, shadow work, alchemy, shamanic practices, sacred sexuality, conscious kink, breathwork, conscious dance practices and more.
