Here are few links I found super useful over the years, ENJOY 😉
trust ın lıfe and you wıll see
This is a story of a king and his wise counsellor. My favourite story.
"You don't know how things are going to turn out. Don't make premature conclusions. The more quiet you are the more you see things as they really are. When you see things as they are, your heart will be filled with gratitude and you will grow in wisdom." - Mooji
how to defy convention and become truly limitless - vishen lakhiani
Awesome video. Every sentence is spot on. Founder of Mindvalley, Vishen talks about different levels of consciousness.
Your Elusive Creative Genius - Elizabeth Gilbert
The author of 'Eat, Pray, Love' talks about how being creative is not finding one way that works and keep applying the same formula. Then it is not unique, its about listening to and receiving the creative genius we all have.
Marina Abramovic: Advice to the Young
Marina talks about to be good at something you need to be willing to fail, then you're doing something great. You're not following what is safe. Sooner or later, you'll land somewhere where no one ever landed.
Byron Katie's model 'The Work' clearly lays out what's going on in your mind and challenges it with 4 powerful questions.
1. Is it true?
2. Can you absolutely know that it's true?
3. How do you react, what happens, when you believe that thought?
4. Who would you be without the thought?
I came across this few years ago and it was super useful until I learnt about intuition.
5 love languages
Love languages are 5 ways we feel loved.
- Physical touch
- Quality time
- Words of affirmation
- Receiving gifts
- Acts of service
Being vulnerable and open to explore the ways how your loved ones feel love, can be revealing and fun! It definitely avoids confusion, not being heard and feeling unloved.
A mum can keep giving her child gifts because that was what she wished she had as a child. In truth though, all that child want can be just a cuddle.
Take some time out and do this test to find out what your love language is, it is fun too 😉
This is one of the most powerful training series I’ve done in my life, all about mastering your life. I use a lot of this work in my coaching sessions based around alchemy, intuition, awareness and making an empowered choice coming from the truth.
These trainings were the start of setting up my own business. Without them, I can honestly say I’d be a huge pile of distraction and this website wouldn’t be here today.
They have free events every month, if you’d like to go check it out.
If you want to dance and get into your body more, there is a movement meditation practice called 5rhythms. If you've never got into meditation, this is for you.
I’m super grateful I found this map of life you get to explore through movement. It has 5 stages: flowing (like water), staccato (rhythmic movement), chaos (letting go), lyrical (playful joy) and stillness (nothingness). You move your body through these phases, there is no choreography. You move through your emotions letting them flow into one another.
I tend to go to St Peter’s Church in Vauxhall on Thursdays, come join! It’s a beautiful community.

This is one of the best documentaries I ever watched multiple times.
