✨ EGO VS INTUITION ✨

You have two modes of operation, your Ego and your intuition - your higher self, your Soul, whatever you want to call it.

Your Ego tries to keep you safe and small. Your intuition connects you to your greatness. It’s the voice of your higher self guiding you towards your full creative expression in the world.

What most people do is trying to get rid of the Ego. Good luck with that. It’s not gonna happen. As long as you’re alive, you will have an Ego, and a quite strong one. It will get even stronger as you step more into who you are. Growth and expansion are scary things for your Ego.
.
It’s not about trying to fix your Ego either. Trying to make yourself perfect, worthy, good enough, powerful, whatever you feel you need to be FIRST then you can get what you want. The truth is, you can JUST have what you want. You don’t have to be perfect, in control, good enough, worthy, etc in order to have it.
.
It’s about simply choosing to listen to, pay attention to your intuition and your higher self. Rather than spending time and energy in going about trying to make yourself whole, you just assume you’re loved, whole and complete already. Then you go for what you love, what brings you joy, what warms your heart. Time and energy saved!

Today I had a massage and gong bath booked.
.
I have an Ego, a mind that tells me that I’m not worth anything if I don’t work hard. I’m loved and appreciated when I do well. It gets its sense of worth from achievement, doing and performance. So rest means a waste of time for my Ego and literally death.
.
Now I know this is not true, but its how my Ego is made up and this is my survival mechanism.
.
My Ego was telling me:
.🔥 It’s Monday. You could be doing so much work. Get on with them instead. Who does self care on a Monday anyway?🔥 It’s far away, just stay at home and chill at home instead.🔥 I can’t be bothered with this right now. This is a waste of time.
.
Thank God, I have the tools to be able to listen to my intuition in any given moment and make a choice from a higher place rather than a choice from my Ego 🙏🏼

My intuition was telling me:
.🔥 Receive baby receive. Enjoooy! Chill the f*ck out. (My intuition’s pretty chill)
.
I followed through on that and as a result, not only I now feel blissed out and inspired from massage and gong bath, I connected with people and had beautiful opportunities. And there was also cacao ❤️
.
It’s always the case when I listen to and act on my intuition. I get what I want and so much more. I couldn’t plan any of this if I wanted to 🙏🏼
