I had the pleasure today to assist Martin Petrus alongside with Artur Paulins and Lisa Hatton 🙏🏼

It was a breathwork session held for School of Life’s team. I went to few of their talks few years ago and met my first life coach through one of their events actually. It was beautiful to cross path with them in a whole different setup.

One of the two things that stayed with me was how the founder took time in the beginning to appreciate and honour every department for their hardwork throughout the year.
.
I find that this is such an important quality to have as a leader, to see and honour your team, without them not much can happen really.
.
The other thing was that this was their company end of year event for the team. It shows that people and companies are recognising more and more how much time we spend in our heads and how important it is to reconnect back with the body which will help with the mind anyway ❤️
